The Last Man on Earth (Amazon Prime).

Following the mis-adventures of Phil (Tandy) Miller, the last man on Earth following a global pandemic (who knew!). This Amazon Prime series first aired in 2105 and ran for four series up until 2018.

Phil soon finds he isn’t the LMOE as a few other survivors manage to group together.

It’s very funny and quite ridiculous in parts but well worth watching. Who knows, maybe, following the COVID outbreak, there will be call for a new series?

Not new…

…but well worth a watch. A fun, potted history of computer gaming and it’s social impact. Delivered in a similar style to Charlie Brooker’s ‘Wipe’ series. Engaging, informative – even if you’ve never played a game in your life (or think you haven’t) you won’t be able to deny the impact the industry has had on the world over the past forty years.

Best mask ever…

If you’re going to do it, do it properly. If you’re one of those who (strangely) disagree with the whole thing but feel like you’re being coerced, this is the way to stick two fingers up to the establishment.

The Shooter

I watched the film starring Mark Wahlberg and then the series starring Ryan Phillipe recently. The film first, then gave it a week, then started the series. Although both have pretty much the same story (Wahlberg was exec producer for the series), I quite enjoyed both. I’m starting the second series, (all are on Netflix) but now we’re off story, so it will be interesting to see if it’s still any good or not…
